Quiero agradecer a Angela Schouten por todo el apoyo que nos ha brindado en la compra de nuestra nueva casa en Marbella. Angela nos ha acompañado con profesionalidad, eficacia y gran empatía durante todo el proceso. Acompañó personalmente a mi esposa por distintas zonas de la Costa del Sol, desde Mijas hasta Estepona, pasando por varios barrios de Marbella, para ayudarnos a comprender las características de cada área y poder elegir de manera consciente la que mejor se adaptaba a nuestras necesidades. Durante este proceso visitamos numerosas propiedades en cada zona, lo que nos permitió evaluar las diferentes opciones. Fue una actividad intensa y prácticamente a tiempo completo y, en tan solo dos semanas, ya habíamos identificado la casa que queríamos comprar. El proceso de compra, por distintos motivos, no fue sencillo, pero recibimos de Angela una asistencia continua, tanto en los contactos con el vendedor como en la elección del abogado recomendado por ella, quien se encargó de todos los trámites hasta la compra definitiva. Más allá de su papel como agente inmobiliaria, Angela estableció una relación muy cercana con mi esposa y conmigo, facilitando nuestra adaptación: desde la elección de restaurantes hasta tiendas de mobiliario, así como excelentes recomendaciones para seleccionar proveedores para la posterior reforma integral de la vivienda.
